West of Clinton, MO, we have created a versatile building that serves as living quarters with a dedicated yoga and art studio. This project spans over 10,000 square feet on 104 acres and perfectly exemplifies the full spectrum of REI Development's capabilities.

This project stands as an ideal REI endeavor. We identified the property for the owners and, during our initial visits, envisioned its potential. Our vision included merging two ponds in a low-lying area next to a creek to enhance the property's natural beauty and tranquility.

In addition to the living quarters and studio, the land features RV spots and campgrounds, providing versatile recreational opportunities. Future plans include building a home on the property, further expanding its functionality and appeal.

A key element of this development is the wildlife restoration of the lake, contributing to the conservation and enhancement of the local ecosystem.
